  • We have various tools (Finite Element Method, Finite Differential Method, etc.) and technical expertise to determine metal deformation during steel section rolling and to perform steel section rolling roll pass design. We understand how the steel deforms in various type of grooves and in various rolling conditions (steel grade, temperature, rolling speed, etc.).

  • One of our approaches is to integrate our sophisticated metal flow models in the roll gap, into the AutoCAD drawing software (or similar), to design section rolling pass schedule based on the metal deformation pattern. Customers from Asia and Europe recognize the effective approach.

  • Consultants Profiles. Dr. Benjamin Li, earned his Ph.D. from Germany on the steel section rolling, especially on section rolling metal deformation modeling and roll pass design. He published his first book (Germany, 1996, in German language) on the metal deformation pattern and roll pass, especially for angle steel, I-beam and U-section, etc. Other consultants include e.g. one who have completed dozens of bar/section rolling projects while serving as vice president of operation in a world's top mill supplier.
